     CopyA with error detection turned OFF should work. I'm pretty sure 
one or two CopyA variations are included (with a number of other useful 
programs) on the two Cracking Utilities disks maintained on Asimov. 
Probably, the same stuff is on Ground and Apple2.Caltech.
