After replying about using an Apple II to access Delphi, I had another 
thought about why you may be experiencing problems...
 
Apparently, one of the reasons that Spectrum Internet Suite is unable to 
access Delphi via the web has something to do with the fact that Delphi 
is requiring "cookies" and of course, SIS can't deal with them. Not 
really knowing anything about Mac or Netscape...but, aren't cookies a new 
Netscape feature? If so, perhaps all you need to access Delphi via the 
web is a newer version of Netscape?
 
Take a look at A2Web (http://www.syndicomm.com/a2web). I know that 
there's a link there to access Delphi with a web browser, and I know that 
the A2Web WebMeister accesses Delphi on a Mac using Netscape...so maybe 
that's a great place to look for answers about how to do it.
