Short command to disable the bottom utility bar

I want to make disppear the tool bar at the bottom of the screen on a powerpc
macintoch system(7.5.3), to have a full display with netscape navigator on
web application; because i want to have only the web page display.

I didn't remember those conbinations of key to shut off this toolbar.

On a PC it is "Ctrl Alt S", what is on a Mac ?
