I think you are referring to the "Apple II Setup" disk, which is only
required if you are using an AppleShare 3.0 server, and then only if you
want to set up booting of the Apple II from the server.
IWEM is the name of the Postscript file which is downloaded to a
LaserWriter to emulate an ImageWriter. It is included on one of the
SystemTools disks along with the other AppleTalk files.
