Two byte sequence where the first byte is ESC (27). Second bytes are:

n	110	Extended 9 chars inch
N	 78	Pica 10
E	 69	Elite 12
p	112	Pica proportional (144 dots/inch)
P	 80	Elite proportional (160 dots/inch)
e	101	Semicondensed 13.4
q	113	Condensed 15
Q	 81	Ultracondensed 17
