Memory expansion

I have an MDIdeas OctoRAM card with 4MB of SIMMs installed and wish to
upgrade to 8MB.  Problem is, I don't know how to change the jumper
settings to recognize the extra 4MB.  The card has a vertical row of
jumper pins labeled SW1 to SW5 (five jumpers).  Currently, SW1 is the
only jumper set to the left two pins.  The rest are on the right.  Can
anyone tell me how to set the jumpers to access 8MB?  Thanks.

BTW, I'm also looking for an inexpensive source for SIMMs for doing
this upgrade.  Alltech is a little pricey for these things.  Will IBM
style SIMMs (parity) work?  What do I need to look for?
