[ann] XGS-Mac 0.50 is ready

The latest version 0.50r1 is now available.

New features include:
* The XGS core 0.50 is a "stable" release. All known bugs have been dealt with.
   (Good work, Josh!)
* Core now supports reading and writting 3.5" disks in the IWM (s5dx) slots.
* Frame skipping improves performance by 200-400% in many cases!

* 100% of the core is compiled with Mr C for a slight speed improvement.
    Thanks for the help, Steve (Bytnar)!
* User input should be more responsive.
