There is no built-in disk copy command in ProDOS or DOS 3.3. Most Apple
][ owners use a utility named "Copy ][ Plus" (versions 7.x -- 8.x recommended)
to handle things like file copying, renaming, etc. for DOS 3.3 and ProDOS
disks. It will, also, do whole disk copies.
A program named "Copy A", supplied on Apple "Master" disks, does whole
disk copying. A very good, fast utility for 5.25" disk copying is Disk
Muncher. Diversi-Copy has utilities for fast copy of both 5.25" and 3.5"
disks.
