You may want to try to get the "speedport" drivers that shipped with
the MegaBuff memory expansion for the ImageWriter II.  It is available
from Sequentials ftp.hypermall.com site for free.  Included is a CDA
based driver that lets AppleWorks print at 56K.

I don't know why AppleWorks would reset other 56K CDA's to 19.2K, but
the speedport one seems immune to this problem.

When it does work, the printout should come out in Courier.  To me,
Courier is a pretty good looking font.  :)
