Hypermover

If I understand the HyperMover process correctly:
If you want to change hypercard stacks from mac to GS, you need a mac as 
well as a     GS to do it.
1) Apply Hypermover mac to the mac stack to change the stack for transfer
2) transfer the changed stack to your GS
3) apply Hypermover GS to the received stack

What do you do, if you dont have a mac? 
Has anyone figured out a way to load down a mac HC from some ftp site
to the GS and trasnform this mac stack to a GS digestible form?
This kind of HyperMover would be of more interest thanthe one which is
available now.
Any thoughts?
