Martin - how are the file names recorded?  I see them when I ask for a
catalog when running under Nakedos, but I don't see where it's stored
on disk?  So, given a disk catalog:

DF01:L02 FHELLO
DF02:L15 FSUPERMON
DF03:L10 FSYMTBL1
DF04:L10 FSYMTBL2
DF05:L25 FMONHELP

Where are the names HELLO, SUPERMON, SYMTBL1, etc. stored?  I don't
see them referenced from the VTOC (track 0/sectors 9-B) in the first
sector of each referenced file, or in a scan of the entire disk
contents?  What am I missing?
