This is where we need to mentally disentangle NakedOS and Super-Mon.
Officially, NakedOS doesn't have file names, only file numbers. The
names you see are actually symbols in Super-Mon's symbol table. That
in turn is stored in somewhat compressed form in files $03 and $04,
but of course only found on disks that also have Super-Mon. If one
were to release a product using NakedOS, the symbol table would
generally not be included. And of course assembly programs using the
NakedOS API use numbers instead of file names.
