You may try to set the other NDA's and INITs to 'inactive', using
the Icon Information box. Then you may keep adding new NDAs and
INITs by setting them 'active' and re-booting the system (or
loading them via IR - the faster way!) until you have found the one
which causes the conflict.

BTW, a well-known bug of GSCII+ is that it makes problems when you
write data to a HFS disk. Be aware of this bug!
