Help ID this card ..

maybe someone would recognize what this card is- i'm at a loss..

It's apparently made by some company called 'V-Tech'. It has two
short (6") ribbon cables that both end in female db-19's. Other
identifying numbers on the card are "35-2424-00" and "702283A".
There's what looks like a 28 pin eprom hiding under a label that
has a upc code and the numbers "A905 23757" on it. There's also a
24 pin device that looks suspiciously like a static ram, marked
LH5116-15 (150ns 2K? <shrig>) .. and right in the middle there's
a surface mount beastie that looks to have about 100 or more pins.
This last is marked VTCL 27-0692-1-0 61H20B73F 8915.

This was in a IIe that also had a modem, disk and printer cards
present, and was plugged into slot 4.

any ideas?
thanks in advance
