Two ways. The easiest solution is to buy a VGA card for the
IIgs. Look for the "Second Sight" card from Sequential Systems
(http://www.sequential.com/). This basically works like a PC
VGA card, except that it fits into a GS slot.
The second method is to look at the Amiga sources for a scan
frequency converter box. These may be a bit hard to find, but
the basic idea is to that it converts the 15kHz output of the
GS video port to one of the correct frequency for VGA. You
will need to construct a custom cable, as the GS port and Amiga
port, although both 15kHz analog RGB, have different pin layouts.
