Hey there...


It's kind of funny how I lost touch with the happening's in the apple //
community. Nevertheless, we have a couple of issues here.

#1 - My name is plastered all over your web page. Get it off.
#2 - Remove my name from any distributed software.

I suggest that you get an english-french translator and read my email (yes,
the one that is present on your web page) VERY CAREFULLY. I am not guilty of
anything, nor has anything been proven to my satisfaction. I am not a
pirate, nor will I be portayed as one on the internet.

This is the one and only notice that you will receive regarding this matter.
If my name is not removed from your web page and all distributed software
within 48 hours of receipt of this notice, I will be forced to pursue other
avenues of resolution.. In addition, use of my name for any reason in the
future requires my express *written* approval.

Failure to comply with this notice will be interpreted as an act of agression.
