Vulcan Help Needed

I have a Vulcan 100 that's been dying. It was taking a long time to spin 
up, and now it starts to spin up and then slows again. I'd like to get it 
fixed. I also have a Vulcan 40 that's in good shape, but I need to 100 
and would be willing to sacrifice the 40 for it. If it's the 100 MB drive 
itself, I'd get that replaced. What I really need at this point is what's 
on the 100 drive. My thesis is on there. So, I may need data recovery as 
well.

Who should I contact about getting such a repair done?
