   You just didn't know here to look. :) A quick search, and I found
it at ground.isca.uiowa.edu,
apple2/apple16/Misc/Applics/Hprt.v10/HPRT.BXY

    As noted in the docs, this version decompresses only, and only
does LZSS decomp. No other formats.
