IIgs network?

I have heard that IIgs can be networked using a Mac as a server. Is this
the case and what do you need to accomplish the task? Our school has a lab
of 30 gs' and it would be nice to network them. It is a mix of ROM 1 and 3.
Some have 256K, 512K, and 1MB. It is something that I would like to try
this summer to get done if possible.
