My news server is a piece-o-junk, and I miss a lot of articles, so if
you've got better coverage, I'd use ya :)  Would we post thru you, or
just recieve?

I've heard that cable modems (maybe I'm just mixed up with 56K ones)
have a much lower sending rate than they do recieving rate.  I assume
that if this is true, you know about it.
