Not much point unless you just want a copy for nostalgic reasons. AOL axed 
client support for Apple IIs quite a ways back. I have an unregistered
Applelink Personal Edition (what turned into AOL) package in my pile of old
stuff. In addition to the II/IIgs AOL software of course. ALPE software cost
$40 when it came out. Quite a contrast to the flood of free disks and CDs
AOL is always sending out.

Even though client support is gone, there's still some Apple II related
stuff on AOL. The classified ads are still there. They're about the only
thing I use on AOL any more. Competition for the good II stuff is less
there since only people with another platform can see 'em. I just updated
to version 3.0 of the Mac client, and haven't seen the Apple II forums since.
Don't know if they're gone or if I just haven't found 'em yet.
