Unfortunately, it does not appear so. I'm in the same boat here in
Halifax. I'm currently on the Community Net because not one of the local
ISPs offer anything but PPP access, and no one will give you a shell
except one Web hosting place, but they don't have dial-up access (you
have to connect through somewhere else) and they're quite expensive.

Apparently, they are not willing to say, which is too bad. Here there's
an admin that is a big IIgs guy, so if there is anyway to get SIS to
work without a shell (like it does with Genie), I expect we could get the 
Comm. Net to support it.

Seven Hills should know better than to try to keep something from me. :-) 
I may just order a copy anyway and reverse engineer it. I figure if it's 
done largely in scripts, it should be reasonably easy to modify.
