I have successfully copied two logos from the net onto my desktop. My jpeg
viewer reads them perfectly. The problem is that I want to put them into
my MS Word 5.1A, however I'm not sure how to convert the gif files into
the necessary graphics files that Word requires.

How can I do this? Can anyone help?

What I would do in this case, try to catch the image thru an image
copier like STEN.SECS (cda)
which then can be imported to a WP which permits that.
