No, apparently it uses some tricks with 'telnet' and 'mail' running
on the UNIX account (or GENIE). So, it isn't simply a pretty front
end for LYNX running underneath (programs like this have been written
for the Mac and PC/Windows). You'll need to find out if you have
priveleges to run telnet on your UNIX host.
