    Is there any point to a hardware handshaking modem cable on an 
Apple IIc Plus? Granted it does have the same mini-DIN8 connector
as on the Apple IIgs and Macintosh, but only 5 of the pins are
connected and it's controlled by a 6551 UART (in otherwords it's
_identical_ to a regular IIc, other than the type of connector).
