    The Apple Video Overlay Card is a kind of "video card" (in a loose
sense), afterall it does require the MB0 pin signal from a slot and 
has the GS's VGC chipset on-board to provide graphics and text. It
might be interesting to write a VOC driver that supports 640x400 in
interlaced. :) (Or come up with a driver or software that takes
advantage of SHR when used on an Apple IIe, although consider how
rare they are, it'd be for a small number of people).
