I've been wanting to do this for ages but haven't had the time or the
information I needed to even think about how to attempt it.
I now have the information (I bought the Video Overlay Card Developers
Kit from ByteWorks a couple months ago, but I still don't have a lot
of time to work on it.
Besides, I think it would probably be a good idea to try and help Mike
Hackett with his Facelift system and just write a driver for the VOC.
