Superpatch is available from the following ftp folder, as a shrinkit
archive.

With respect to who owns the rights to all the Apple II and IIGS - AE
software, what the status of such software is, etc. - that's a good
question that needs to be researched, for a valid answer.  My guess (and
it's only a guess - mind you) is that the software from Applied
Engineering is either public domain or freeware now.  If anybody can
present valid proof of the A2 and GS Applied Engineering softwares status,
please post your information and proof.  I'm sure everybody would like to
know what the legal status of distribution for it all is.  I'll try to
check it out and report what I can find.
