   On a Rev C RamFast, it's dip switch #1, Rev D is the jumper on
'JP1'.  On/connected sets termination power, off/unconnected is no
term power. You may want to try fliping the state-- there have been
times when my scsi chain was acting up, and flipping it every few
months kept it happy.
