Spewed the following public comments in his hasty hate, ill temper,
ignorance, unprofessional public and abusive conduct and with blatant
disregard for the 
effects such statements and comments would have on him, abuse complaints,
with public view and future respect.......and I (Charles T. 'Dr. Tom'
Turley) reply with the noted *** preceeding my comments about your public
comments concerning me.


In light of the fact that Charles Turley has stolen, pirated, and made
software available on the Internet that Shareware Solutions II publishes
commercially, Charles Turley is hereby notified that he may not place any
files on CD or any other media (including disk, www) that are even
remotely connected to Joe Kohn and/or Shareware Solutions II.

That includes freeware software created by Joe Kohn, any articles written
by Joe Kohn (including posts from Usenet and introductory remarks found
on many freeware/shareware disk collections), and any freeware/shareware
disks created by Joe Kohn, who claims a compilation copyright for all
disks he created for Big Red Computer Club and Shareware Solutions II.

You are further notified that Joe Kohn thinks that Charles Turley is the
most despicable human being he's ever had the displeasure of coming into
contact with.

So Turley, stick that in your crack pipe and smoke it, you low-life lying
thief!


***Your request on restrictions are duly noted Joe and they will certainly
be complied with promptly.  However, until you can take me to court and
present proper evidence to prove your above comments concerning my
alledged actions, you are both warned and restricted from any more posts
concerning me to the public view in all respects.  Failure to do so, will
result in legal civil actions against you by me.  That action being both a
restraining order and a civil law suit.  If you don't beleive me, then try
me out and see if I'm joking.  I'm not!

Additionally, I have no crack pipe to stict your comments in and smoke
them. I don't smoke crack nor anything else for that matter, not pot, not
cigarettes, not cigars not ANYTHING.  I trust that makes my PERSONAL HABIT
clear to all that read posts in this newsgroup. I wish you would show some
professional manner about you with this newsgroup postings and your future
comments.  The above comments you've made don't reflect any form of
professional nature.  For somebody who claims to be a professional
contributor, respectable publisher, etc. and so on to the Apple II
community needs, you are not doing a very good job with your public rants
and comments concerning me.  IMHO, you are only 
causing yourself public embarrasment and a continuing loss of what respect
you may have left.
