A NEW APPLE II CD PROJECT - OFFERING!

I'm making a CD for the Apple II and IIGS users. It will be titled: 'A2
Oldies
& Goodies - Vol. 1'. The project is a not-for-profit effort and the price
for the
CD will be around $30.00 or (offered at calculated release date cost -
including
shipping and handling charges). 

All CD contents will be presented _AS IS_ for purely historical, research
and/or
tutorial use. The CD will contain _NO_ commercial products, ad's, etc. 
Nor,
will the CD be useful or presented with any commercial effort or project.

I'm now accepting contributions for inclusion on the CD at the following
ftp
site. Please upload only the following file types and archive formats;
text, gif,
jpeg, html document, or any contents in archived formats of; .shk, .sdk,
.bxy,
.zip, .dsk.gz, .dsk (disk image) or .sit.  

(uploaded files are limited to no larger than 2MB - each)

Please make sure all contributions are uploaded no later than 5-30-97. The
CD
release is going to be mid to late summer of 1997. All contents will be
public
domain, freeware and/or shareware. The final master will be available for
content 
review and approval to any Apple II community watchdog, vogon type,
rebocarp
or software vari-vigilante that wishes to make such review and approval.

Included will be a large portion of the original ftp contents first
archived on
Grind, (before it became Ground). These are rare Apple II and IIGS
archives which
were lost and are no longer currently on Ground or the Grind back-up of
Ground.
Most of the archives from AOL's Apple II archives will also be included on
the
CD, as well as all other USEFUL ftp archives from around the world - that
pertain
to the Apple II and IIGS.  Fonts, sound clips, music, graphics, any other
type
file, program or archive you can name or send by 5-30-97 will be included
(as
option, consideration and space allows for). Select Apple II and IIGS disk
images
with emulators of public domain, freeware and shareware will also be
included,
plus all the other allowable Apple II and IIGS goodies, I might find
scattered
about my home, most of which were never before made available to the
general
public.

Your contributions, suggestions for inclusions, etc. are requested by
either
email or snail mail reply, on or before but, no later than 5-30-97. Place
your
reservations now for this astounding CD. Each order will receive a Gold
Master
copy of the original Master CD (a 3M Gold Master CDR 650/74) completely
full.
