I'm not going to bother to do any work to keep you on the right
side of the law before you publish-- that's 100% *YOUR*
responsibility. You put your name on something, saying you've
collected something, you deserve any flack that deservedly comes your
way due to it.
Pretty much all of my publically available programs have something
to the following effect in their Readme file: "Permission granted to
freely distribute this electronically, or for disk archives costing no
more than $5 per disk." And I'm not alone. With your suggested pricing,
you're in violation of my publically stated distribution policies.
When Jim Maricondo was putting together the excellent Golden
Orchard, he personally contacted the authors of programs with
distribution restrictions like above, and got explicit permission to
put the programs on the CD. He did all the work to stay legal, and he
should be commended for it, and it's still available from

You have been officially warned that *you* will stay legal from the
start, by doing the work yourself. [Given your past performance in
pirating Apple II software, that'd be a first.] I and probably others
won't give you any help in bothering to check out each and every file
you're attempting to place on a CD-ROM. Now that you have been warned,
you are expected to comply and be 100% legal, or face the consequences.
