When in doubt, take a look in the csa2 FAQ. I just checked to make
sure that the URLs listed in the FAQ did work, and it looks like Apple
moved them recently. On the plus side, it looks like they got rid of
the annoying MacBinary 512-byte header on the .BXY files, so the files
should be directly unpackable on Apple IIs now. [Nulib 3.25 deals
fine with the first disk]

I quote from version 5.1.14 of the FAQ (the monthly posting 14 hours
ago didn't have this corrected info; I'm debating whether to repost
it), available online at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html:

5.2 Where can I get Apple II software and info on the net? 3/2/97

[snip]

     * ftp.apple.com, dts/aii Apple's main ftp site. Get Technical Info,
ProDOS 8 and GS System Software, etc. here.
     *
       ftp://mirror.apple.com/mirrors/Apple_SW_Updates/US/Apple_II/HyperCa
rd_IIGS_1.1/ Hypercard GS, finally unpackable on Apple IIs.
[Earlier versions had some Macintosh garbage on the first 512
bytes.] This is also available at
       ftp://ftp.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple.Software.Updates
       /US/Apple_II/HyperCard_IIGS_1.1/
--- Snip

Note that the URLs listed for Hypercard GS wrapped to two lines
due to their excessive length.
