        Not all creators of Apple II software browse the Internet on a 
regular biases. Some of these people have lost touch with the Apple market and 
moved on to other things. A good example of this is the Williams Arcade 
Collection CD. They interview several of the authors of classic arcade games 
like Joust and Defender. Many of the authors of these games admitted that they 
had no idea that people still played these games and that there was any 
interest in them at all. My point was that if the companies still cared about 
the piracy of the old software they would complain(Ex. MECCA). Only area were 
I can see the intellectual property argument  is when people sell CDs that 
contain copyrighted material and trying to make money off of someone elses 
work, that is wrong.
