AFAIK GeoWorks is still in control of the AppleII version.
Try their Web address http://www.geoworks.com/ which has lots
of useful info. Brian Dougherty, founder and possibly still President
is the person you should contact, since I doubt their marketing dept
would know anything about Apple2 GEOS. Good luck!

For other documentation:
CMD sells "The Hitchhikers' Guide To GEOS", which although aimed at
the C64 it includes all the Apple dependent info needed for cross-
development of GEOS routines. eg all system calls, jump tables,
and kernal code dumps with commentary. - US$25.
