What keeps this "special viewer" from sending ATM0 to the modem itself?
And do you expect people to hear the click over the noise of those
system cooling fans?

(It would connect to an ISP in Moldovia to connect you to the site (not
BBS), and when you left that site, if you didn't notice, you'd still be
using the Moldovia ISP instead of your local ISP.  If you don't notice
and continue to surf for hours (maybe you have a flat rate with your
real ISP) you could end up with a huge phone bill.)
