oh that's great!  that's just going to a new level, when you publicly
connotate meaning with someone's last name, like woody harrelson's
character's name in that horrid movie 'kingpin' of last summer...  what's
next, putting "Don't go pulling a Turley, we log all ftp transactions" in
welcome.msg files?

i'd like to see this whole sideshow moved elsewhere- into a courtroom if
that is necessary, into the involved parties' hands if at all possible;
most importantly, i'd rather see apple2 discussion dominate this newsgroup
rather than this soap opera...  granted this ordeal has great impact on the
a2 community, i don't think it's THAT much of our business...
