   I won't call this a bug... it's the same in all Lemmings versions on
other platforms...

   The code is of course for the next level but you can consider the 
number of a level in two ways :

   1 to 30 and you tell the difficulty level (Fun, Tricky, Taxing...)
   1 to 92, and you don't need to give the difficulty level.
