Yes, that is true. Unfortunately I simply don't buy it. For several reasons.
I have seen you use similar tactics in the past, Turley, as Oliver Zardini
&Joe have already pointed out. Sure, I would have been able to buy it once
(MAYBE) but not twice, or three times. Furthermore, there are few people
who would have the knowledge of what do upload, and to where. No Dr. Tom, 
I doubt that one of the handfuls of people who would be in your local area
and might know exactly what software to upload, would go to all that trouble.
 I think that you are not a very good liar, Turley, and I hope you get your
ass fried this time. You are getting very annoying in many ways; never have
I seen someone who is so motivated (and so bad at) distorting the truth. Yes,
let's have the facts Dr. Tom. All the facts; let's see the logs, let's see
proof from your isp. Until I see that, I would love it if you'd shut up and
stop posting your tons and tons of annoying messages. And when I log on later
today, I don't expect to see your 3-page BS reply in my mailbox, like I did
today.

 Yes, I have made up my mind- for now. Even if you had not made such an ass
of yourself in the past, and if there wasn't quite so much overwhelming
evidence against you, I would take the words of joe&BD over yours, especially
after seeing the email you sent to them.
 Please, do us all a favor and either 1) confess, 2) go away, or 3) shut up
for a while, until you have some real inforation to share. Until that time,
everything you post only makes your situation look worse.
