I would recommend taking off all the keycaps and removing the silly spring
that is under each key.  This "spring" is usually responsible for making
the keys feel like shit after a while.  Also, cleaning the dirt would
help too.  I did this to a //c of mine and the keyboard worked better
than a new //c keyboard.  Of course, this is on the older model //c, and
not on the platinum //c or //c+ which have great keyboards.
