You need some kind of software which can mount removeables and provides a
device driver for them. I use APS' Powertools Drive Controls control panel
myself. If you poke around ftp.apstech.com you might find an old version,
no promises. They don't give away version 4 unless you buy a drive from 'em,
but maybe version 3. I use 3.07 to mount my magneto optical disks and I've
tried it with Syquest EZ135s too.
One thing you have to remember to do, which is a bit of a hassle, is turn
sharing off to eject a removeable, change disks, then turn sharing back on
to access different removeable disks via file sharing.
