   On the US & International IIc's, the 80/40 button selects between 80 & 40 
column screens although most software does that automatically. 

   On the US IIc, the other button selects between the Standard and teh 
Dvorak keyboards.

   On the International IIc's, the other button selects between the 
regular letters and symbols printed in black and the international letter 
and symbols printed in blue.  It also changes the cursor on the screen.
