I am far from an expert, but I'm not sure it's straightforward to skip logon. The boot process is totally orthogonal to AFP (filesystem) access. I don't believe that the state you arrive in when netboot completes is different from the state of a network connected machine booting from a local drive.

But, I'm not an Appletalk guru. Perhaps there's a way to blindly bring up networking without authentication...
