Yeah.  Most likely busted pins.  You can probably find a replacement printer 
for about as much as a printhead would cost, unless you scavenge another one 
for parts.  (If you find a broken IW II with, say, a bad interface, swap the 
interface. . . installing printheads without a gap tool or anything is a pain 
in the ass.)
