Your best bet would be to use djpeg to convert them to GIFs and then use
one of your current programs to do the GIF-->SHR conversion. The next
version of SuperConvert will handle JPEGs, but as far as I know there is
nothing currently available that can do a direct JPG-->SHR conversion.
