WANTED: JPG->SHR or JPG->3200 converter

Doggone it, I'm getting frustrated.

There are lots of programs out there that will convert GIF->SHR or even
GIF->3200.  And there are a couple of programs that give darned nice JPG
displays on the SHR screen.

Now I have a bunch of 320x240 JPG images that I would like to convert to
SHR, just so that I can display them in a few seconds instead of a few
minutes.  An ideal program would be a JPG viewer that lets you put the
part you want to keep onto the screen, then save that rendered image as an
uncompressed SHR file.

So does such an animal exist?  Will Convert3200 do this?  Will it convert
to 640-SHR or 320-SHR instead of 320-3200 so that I can use the images
with HyperCard or HyperStudio?
If so, what did I do with joko's address?
