Besides those already mentioned, you can access the data on any 
ISO-9660 CD-ROM as well (although for some you will want Dr. Bazyar
from EGO Systems).

The BSD4.4 CD-ROM is a good example, although it's not much use unless
you're writing stuff for GNO ...
