I suppose it might work, given a PC Transporter in a IIgs with a
ColorSwitch adaptor.  You would obviously need a cable adaptor, and you
wouldn't gain any of the features of VGA.

This assumes that a VGA monitor can handle an unusual resolution
(320x200 or 640x200), and that the PCT will work reliably at the higher
clock speed.  There are probably other parts of it which also rely on
the clock, such as the disk controller, which won't appreciate the speed
increase.
