Joysticks in gs?

One more thing...
I have two of these MACH IV + joysticks, where should I connect them to
the gs? At the back panel or the keyboard, the joysticks have two cords
which fits both...
Is it possible to have two joysticks? Is there any games that uses two
(two players...)?
