You certainly can't run Windows-95 (it requires more memory and a more
advanced processor).

I've heard that Windows 3.0 will work, and probably 3.1 as well;
however, Windows will only be able to run in "real" mode, not "standard"
or "386 enhanced" modes.  There is quite a lot of software that requires
either of these modes, so your selection of applications is very
limited.

In addition, the PC Transporter video is only CGA, so Windows will only
run in 320x200 mode with 4 colours (black, white, cyan, magenta) or
640x200 mode with 2 colours (black, white).  (I'm not sure which of
these modes it will use.)

Yet another problem is that the PC Transporter only has 640K of RAM,
which doesn't leave much free memory once DOS and Windows are loaded.
